Capitol Hill
Clubhouse
Private golf. Leadership coaching.
A circle worth joining.
Capitol Hill Clubhouse is an invitation-only private golf and leadership club in Salt Lake City for growth-minded golfers, founders, executives, creatives, and builders.
Built into the hillside above the city, the Clubhouse combines a private short-game green, a 14-foot-ceiling golf simulator annex, mountain views, member gatherings, and 1:1 leadership coaching from Robert X. Fogarty.
This is not a country club.
This is not a networking group.
This is a private place to work on your game and your life.

A club for the
inner game.
Capitol Hill Clubhouse is designed for people who are serious, but not self-serious. Members come to practice, compete, talk honestly, host small gatherings, and step out of the noise of work long enough to remember what they are building and why.
The golf is real.
The conversations are real.
The membership is intentionally small.
The goal is not volume.
The goal is chemistry.
What members

Private Short-Game Green

Golf Simulator Annex
A 14-foot-ceiling simulator and lounge space designed in the same architectural language as the main house: blackened wood, warm light, glass, and restraint.

Leadership Coaching
Each membership tier includes 1:1 coaching time with Robert X. Fogarty focused on leadership, storytelling, personal clarity, company culture, and the next chapter of your work and life.
A quiet look
inside.
Blackened wood, mountain light, and the short-game green at dusk.
Leadership coaching
with Robert X. Fogarty
Robert X. Fogarty is a serial entrepreneur, storyteller, and founder of Dear World. He has worked with some of the best teams in the world on mission, vision, values, culture, and the rituals that help companies become more human.
His work has taken him inside private boardrooms, championship locker rooms, executive offsites, refugee tents, and high-stakes leadership gatherings where teams are asking the same essential questions:
- Who are we?
- What do we value?
- What are we building?
- What rituals keep us honest?
- What story are we living?
At Capitol Hill Clubhouse, that work becomes more personal.
The way you work on your game can become a way to work on your life.
Who belongs
here.
Capitol Hill Clubhouse is for growth-minded golfers and leaders who want something more personal than a traditional club.
People who know how to win without making every room feel like a scoreboard.
Bring your game.
Bring your people.
Bring something to the room.

About the
founder.
Capitol Hill Clubhouse was founded by Robert X. Fogarty, serial entrepreneur and founder of Dear World.
Robert has spent his career inside rooms most people never enter: private boardrooms, championship locker rooms, refugee tents, and intimate conversations with leaders, athletes, executives, students, and survivors.
As the founder of Dear World, he helped popularize writing on a person's skin as a serious new genre of portraiture and storytelling. His work uses photographs, interviews, films, and live experiences to reveal what people carry, what they value, and what they are becoming.
Capitol Hill Clubhouse is his latest unexpected concept: part private golf retreat, part leadership circle, part story-driven coaching environment.
Membership
interest.
Capitol Hill Clubhouse is currently accepting a small number of membership inquiries.
Membership is not open enrollment. Every member should make the room better.
Selected prospective members will receive a private membership application and may be invited for a conversation, visit, or founding member round.
